Linum Consult's client is a major international construction consultancy. They are currently seeking a Programme Manager to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.RESPONSIBILITIESParticipating in the planning and formulating of design alternatives and solutions for the construction projectWorking closely with project sponsors, cross-functional teams, and assigned project managers to develop the scope, deliverables, required resources, work plan, budget, and timing for new initiativesManaging programme and project teams for optimal return on investment and coordinating and delegating cross-project initiativesIdentifying key requirements for cross-functional teams and external vendorsDeveloping and managing project budgets and being accountable for delivering against established company goals/objectivesWorking with other programme managers to identify risks and opportunities across multiple projects within the departmentPROFILEAt least 20 years' experience in large-scale infrastructure programmes, consisting of multiple projectsExperience of major government or semi-government programmes and project implementationsExtensive history of construction management for water and wastewater works, with a background of engaging with government entities and/or utility providersPrevious experience of working internationally, preferably in the Middle EastAPPLICATION PROCESSTo apply, please send your CV to middle.east@linumconsult.com for the attention of Francis Ryan, detailing your current financial package and notice period.
