The Organizational Development (OD) Manager plays a crucial role in enhancing the effectiveness of the workforce within the retail and wholesale sector. This position is designed for individuals who are passionate about fostering a positive organizational culture and implementing strategies that drive employee engagement and performance. The OD Manager will work closely with leadership to assess organizational needs, develop training programs, and facilitate change management initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of strategic thinking and hands-on experience in organizational development. Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments to identify organizational needs and areas for improvement.
- Design and implement training programs that enhance employee skills and competencies.
- Facilitate workshops and seminars to promote team collaboration and communication.
- Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the effectiveness of OD initiatives.
- Collaborate with HR to align talent management strategies with organizational goals.
- Lead change management processes to ensure smooth transitions during organizational shifts.
- Provide coaching and support to managers and employees to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- Research and implement best practices in organizational development and employee engagement.
- Prepare reports and presentations for senior management on OD initiatives and outcomes.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging practices in organizational development.

- Experience in the retail or wholesale industry is a plus.
