Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute innovative marketing campaign ideas to capture target audience interest.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to produce compelling content for various platforms
  • Manage and inspire a team of marketers, ensuring they meet deadlines and deliver quality work.
  • Delegate tasks effectively and provide guidance to achieve campaign goals.
  • Conduct regular team meetings to review progress and address challenges.
  • Plan, implement, and oversee marketing campaigns from conception to completion.
  • Ensure all campaigns align with brand guidelines and strategic goals.
  • Monitor campaign progress and adjust strategies as needed for optimal results.
  • Work closely with the sales, design, and product teams to ensure campaign alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Stay updated on market trends, audience behaviors, and competitors to inform campaign strategies.
  • Identify opportunities for improvement and innovation in marketing initiatives.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 2 years in campaign management or a similar role.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and email marketing platforms.
  • Experience managing budgets and allocating resources effectively.
  • Knowledge of social media trends and best practices.
  • Strong creative thinking and content ideation abilities.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Proficiency in marketing tools and analytics platforms.
  • Exceptional communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
