If you have a PPP/infrastructure projects background (development or financing) or you are familiar with the data center business as a corporate, construction, real estate or commercial lawyer, this is a great opportunity to grow your career with a young, ambitious business and to join a growing in-house legal team at an early stage. Responsibilities

  • Drafting, reviewing and negotiating transaction documents such as: joint development agreements, EPC contracts, power supply and/or purchase agreements, land lease agreements, joint venture agreements, shareholders agreements, O&M or FM related agreements and term sheets, heads-of-terms as well as ancillary agreements in relation to the aforementioned.
  • Drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial contracts such as co-location services agreements, service level agreements and all related documents.
  • Lead and/or coordinate on all transaction closing related matters, including due diligence, CPs management, document review, preparation of Board of Directors resolutions and other related tasks.
Experience & Qualifications
  • 4+ years of experience as a practicing lawyer either in a top law firm or the in-house legal department of an international company.
  • Law Degree from a reputable university / law school.
  • You will have experience in Data center or renewable energy projects development and/or financing experience.
  • You will have experience with project development (renewable or conventional power, PPP projects, real estate, telecommunications, etc.) and closing of transactions.
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken); additional language skills are of advantage.
