We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Total Rewards Manager to lead our compensation, benefits, and rewards programs across a large network of 42 companies. The successful candidate will have exceptional leadership capabilities, technical expertise in Oracle Fusion, and a strategic mindset to design and implement competitive total rewards policies, ensuring the organization remains a market leader and employer of choice.   1. Develop and execute comprehensive total rewards strategies to attract, retain, and motivate top talent.
  2. Conduct market benchmarking to ensure the organization's compensation and benefits remain competitive.
  3. Design and implement innovative compensation and benefits programs that align with organizational goals.
Policy & Protocol Development:
  1. Create and introduce policies and procedures for total rewards management to improve organizational practices.
  2. Establish protocols for competitive compensation and wage structures to position the company as an industry leader.
Salary Analysis & Recommendations:
  1. Perform regular salary gap analyses to identify inequities and make data-driven recommendations.
  2. Develop action plans to address salary gaps and ensure alignment with market standards and internal equity.
Payroll Management:
  1. Oversee the accurate and efficient management of a complex payroll system spanning 42 companies.
  2. Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations while maintaining high levels of accuracy and confidentiality.
Oracle Fusion Expertise:
  1. Manage and optimize the Oracle Fusion system to support compensation, benefits, and payroll functions.
  2. Design and implement payment protocols and systems using Oracle Fusion to improve efficiency and reporting.
  3. Lead and mentor a team, ensuring the professional development and engagement of at least four direct reports.
  4. Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture within the total rewards team.
Compliance & Integrity:
  1. Ensure all rewards programs are compliant with local labor laws and ethical standards.
  2. Uphold a high level of integrity in all aspects of total rewards management.

  1. Minimum of 3 years experience in managing Oracle Fusion with a proven ability to customize HCM/payroll management systems and protocols and 10-12 years of total professional experience, including at least 6-8 years in total rewards and 5 years in leadership.
  2. Saudi nationals with a Bachelor Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
  3. Strong experience in total rewards management, including policy creation, market benchmarking, and salary gap analysis.
  4. Proven experience in managing large-scale payroll operations across multiple companies.
  5. Minimum of 5 years of people management experience, leading and mentoring teams.
  6. High proficiency in technical and analytical skills, with strong attention to detail.
  7. Demonstrated ability to introduce and manage new total rewards programs.
  8. Strategic thinking and the ability to align rewards programs with business goals.
  9. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  10. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  11. High integrity and ethical standards.
  12. English & Arabic language - Proficiency level.
