Key Responsibilities
- Operationalization of the Voice of the Customer, create and embed feedback loop into the product cycle.
- Translate feedback data into digestible formats to drive continuous product improvement.
- Play an active role in product launches and implementation, aligning stakeholders together in terms of timelines and information.
- Run product experimentations to allow Product team to continue making data-driven decisions.
- Focus on improving the operations of how products are built through process refinement and creation.
- Investigate and optimize triage bug reports by automation and comprehensive product documentation.
What Did We Order?
- Hold a bachelor's degree or have comparable experience in Product Operations, Strategy & Ops or as a Product Specialist.
- Comfortable at dealing with ambiguity and excel at problem-solving.
- Experience in managing stakeholders from different departments or tribes.
- Optimize products post rollout, to drive continuous improvement.
- Obsessive with improvement, things can always be better.
- Familiar with agile software development and related tools.
