We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Operations Specialist to join our medical center. The candidate must possess at least (5) years of recent UAE work experience. The Operations Officer will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations and ensuring the smooth functioning of our facility. This includes managing administrative processes, coordinating with staff members, and implementing efficient operational procedures. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare operations and a passion for delivering high-quality patient care.ResponsibilitiesManage and supervise daily operations of the medical center, ensuring compliance with regulations and quality standards.Assist in the coordination of staff schedules like Doctors, Call Center Teams, Tele-Sales Teams, and Sale Team, and the allocation of resources to optimize productivity.Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless flow and timely delivery of services.Oversee the scheduling of appointments.Manage a team, which involves tasks like scheduling tasks, assigning responsibilities, and performance evaluation.Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in healthcare operations, recommending innovative strategies to enhance performance.Qualifications5+ years of previous working experience as an Operations Specialist.Prior experience in a healthcare or medical office setting is preferred.Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with exceptional attention to detail.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with patients, staff, and external stakeholders.Proficiency in using computer applications, including electronic medical records systems and Microsoft Office.Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.Demonstrated professionalism, integrity, and a commitment to patient confidentiality.Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and procedures.A positive attitude and a strong desire to contribute to a patient-centered healthcare environment.Language:Arabic Language (Required), English (Required)
