We are looking for a Snr Account Executive Vertical Lead to join Snap based out of our offices in Qatar! You'll build and manage partnerships with brands and agencies to help them expand their digital presences on Snap. Working from our Qatar office, you'll need great presentation and people skills, the ability to manage many projects at once, and a deep understanding of the digital advertising world.

What you'll Do:

- Own and be accountable for quarterly and yearly revenue goals, Pipeline management and growth goal across a diversified book of businesses in Kuwait and other growth markets

- Develop a deep understanding of the advertising Industry in Kuwait and other growth markets as well as our partners' business to develop advertising strategies and solutions that materializes in revenue

- Identify, prioritize and secure business opportunities from top advertisers

- Ensure top advertisers receive the highest level of support to execute on their partnership with Snapchat.

- Work closely with cross functional teams to ensure the appropriate solutions are shared with our partners

- Own and drive senior relationships across the book of business

- Develop metrics to measure the growth and performance of accounts and provide reports as needed, and recommend performance enhancement

- Create persuasive sales presentations using insights, market trends and case studies

- Drive revenue for Snap by seeking out business challenges with the various marketing functions on client's side and partner agencies

- Create, own, and implement the strategic approach for each account in the assigned book of business with the intent to simultaneously unlock and elevate each relationship

- Balance priorities for driving innovation, meeting a learning agenda, and revenue for Snap

Knowledge, skills & abilities:

- Extensive knowledge of the advertising industry in Kuwait and the region, social media, mobile app, and digital and mobile marketing

- Ability to perform well in a highly dynamic, constantly evolving environment

- Excellent communication and presentation skills

- Ability to engage and partner across all client and agency levels including C-Level executives

- Ability to win the support of key stakeholders

- Consistent track record of reaching and exceeding sales goals

- A team player and collaborator

- Creative, outside-the-box thinker and strategist

- Passion for Snapchat, marketing and up for the challenge of building something from the bottom up

Minimum qualifications:

- English fluency is required

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred

- Proven track record in marketing, brand advertising, media sales, and/or online advertising experience

Preferred qualifications:

- Proven track record of growing top to bottom relationships with both clients and agencies.

- Understanding of retail marketing whether on the tech platform side, agency side, or advertiser side.

- Understanding of performance marketing on the tech platform, agency or advertiser side.
