Job details
- Oversee Import/Export Activities: Coordinate and manage all aspects of import and export operations, ensuring full compliance with international trade regulations and customs requirements to prevent delays and ensure smooth transactions.
- Documentation Preparation & Review: Prepare and thoroughly review essential shipping documentation, such as bills of lading, invoices, certificates of origin, and other required customs documents, to prevent shipping delays, fines, or customs issues.
- Liaison with Logistics Partners: Collaborate with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and shipping companies to streamline logistics, optimize transportation routes, and negotiate favorable shipping terms to reduce overall costs.
- Supply Chain Monitoring & Reporting: Monitor and maintain accurate and up-to-date records. Provide timely updates and reports to stakeholders to ensure transparency and keep all parties informed on shipment statuses.
