Al Borg Diagnostics, a leading provider of diagnostic health services, is seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Care Officer in Taif. As a Customer Care Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring excellent customer service and satisfaction at our Taif branch.At Al Borg Diagnostics, we prioritize the needs of our customers and strive to provide a seamless experience. As a Customer Care Officer, you will play a vital role in managing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining positive relationships.If you are a motivated individual with excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service, we would love to have you on our team.ResponsibilitiesGreeting walk-in customers in polite, prompt, helpful manner and provides any necessary information or instructions and deal with customer needs & inquiriesFollow up the B2C sales Daily/ Monthly to achieve the targetAnswer the phone in pleasant manner and maintain a clean, orderly reception area including waiting areas and bathrooms. Receiving ready results to be revised & checked before delivery to the patient. Ensure that the results are complete, signed, and free from fees and for the same customer. Deliver the results to the customer once the receipt is taken, faxing ready results to referring clientsUsing Al Borg laboratory computer system for registration and creating job orders and issuing bills for customers upon receiving fees in addition to printing any needed form to be filled for specific testsDirecting customers to the lab manager or his/her designee for any queries, deal with walk-in customers complaints and directing them to fill up the complaint report. Hand filled customer satisfaction survey form to each walk-in customer and collect surveys from them, call customers to obtain information on survey questionnaire in case the customer did not attend. Print out the daily cash revenue report for balance, send Lab request and deleted job orders to the accounting department and providing Word-processing and secretarial support; make preparations for council and committee meetingsReceiving client order for collecting samples & direct courier service to collect samples from themApplication of all the duties according to the national regulations & the CAP standards, if applicableTraining newly hired receptionistsPerform other related duties as assigned. RequirementsHealth Diploma in any of (Health Management - Medical Records - Medical Laboratories) or equivalent. Bachelor Degree is preferredPrior experience in a customer service role is preferredExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong problem-solving and decision-making abilitiesAbility to handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and empathyAttention to detail and strong organizational skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectivelyFluency in Arabic is required, with proficiency in English being a plusProficient in using computer systems and softwareAvailability to work on rotating shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
