Job Brief:Pausing gives our guests a great opportunity to relax and align,ensuring their mind and body are healthy. As a Wellness Manager at PAUSEAWAY, youwill be ensuring all our guests are having a great luxury wellness experienceby managing our wellness and spa facilities, with the aim to create an environmentdedicated to rejuvenation and relaxation. Then you are welcomed.Responsibilities:Develop and implement a holistic wellness strategy and programs that align with PAUSEAWAY mission and objectives.Manage the day-to-day Wellness Center operations like reservations and performance reports.Monitor and enforce the Wellness Center policies, processes, and procedures.Assist with recruitment, onboarding, training, scheduling, supervision, and performance of the Wellness Center team.Manage the Wellness Center budget, including expenses and inventory control.Maintain professional and technical knowledge about global and local standards and trends in the wellness and spa industry.Seek B2B opportunities that will increase the services level.Perform any other duties as assigned by management in the wellness area.Requirements:Comprehensive knowledge of wellness principles, preventive health measures, and evidence-based practices in wellness planning.Experience in program development, implementation, and evaluation within the wellness field.Passion for promoting health and wellness in the community.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with a diverse group of people.Guest-service oriented and able to work effectively under pressure.Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office and other property management systems.
