China State Construction Middle East (CSCEC ME) is recruiting a Contracts Manager to lead the Contracts & Commercial team in a newly awarded Project in Ras Al Khaimah. Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Monitor contracts and solve contract-related problems with other parties and cooperate with internal departments.
  • Present and communicate with stakeholders about contract-related matters; be a key person on the project and work closely with project leaders.
  • Maintain records for correspondence and documentation relative to contracts; deal with clients, PMC, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers to maintain relationships, negotiate commercial terms, and solve variation works.
  • Evaluate and execute a wide variety of different contracts.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying (QS).
