Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for appointments & conversion targets set by the company.
  • Answer incoming calls and any other form of inquiry and respond appropriately to the customer’s queries.
  • Assist patients in scheduling appointments with the requested doctor.
  • Recognize and document all information as per the standard operating procedure.
  • Promote and upsell services as and when required.
  • Document all call information according to standard operating procedures.
  • Complete call logs and reports.
  • Ensure the call center area is tidy and presentable with all necessary stationery/office materials.
  • Safeguard privacy and confidentiality.
  • Marketing: Telemarketing should be done as and when required.
Requirements and Skills:
  • Proficient in speaking English, Arabic, and Tagalog .
  • Preferably Female with a pleasing personality.
  • Previous experience in sales and customer support role.
  • Track record of achieving targets.
  • Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening.
  • Well-versed with CRM systems and practices.
  • Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types.
  • Ability to multi-task, set priorities, and manage time effectively.
Work Location: Dubai - UAE Job Type: Full-time & Part Time Salary: AED1,750.00 - AED3,500.00 per month Expected Hours: 24 per week Language:
