Job Overview: We are seeking highly motivated and dynamic Forex Sales and Relationship Managers with solid experience in the UAE market to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for acquiring new clients, managing existing relationships, and driving the growth of our Forex services. The ideal candidate should have deep knowledge of foreign exchange markets, a proven track record in sales, and excellent relationship management skills to effectively cater to corporate and high-net-worth clients. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to acquire new clients, including corporate clients, financial institutions, and individuals.
- Manage and nurture existing client relationships, ensuring their satisfaction and retention.
- Advise clients on Forex market trends, strategies, and risk management solutions tailored to their needs.
- Analyze market conditions and provide accurate and timely market updates to clients.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional Forex services and products.
- Maintain an in-depth understanding of local regulations, compliance requirements, and economic factors impacting Forex trading in the UAE.
- Negotiate and close Forex deals, ensuring client satisfaction and profitability for the company.
- Provide post-sale support, ensuring clients' ongoing needs are met and addressing any concerns or issues that arise.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., trading, compliance, operations) to ensure smooth execution of transactions and high-level customer service.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets, contributing to the overall success of the Forex sales division.
- Represent the company at key industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-5 years of proven experience in Forex sales, relationship management, or trading, specifically within the MENA market.
- Strong understanding of Forex market dynamics, trading strategies, and risk management practices.
- In-depth knowledge of the UAE financial market, regulations, and economic landscape.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong networking and business development skills.
- Fluency in English & Arabic; proficiency in other languages like Chinese & Russian are highly preferred.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- UAE-based and familiar with local business culture, compliance standards, and client expectations.
- Experience with financial platforms and Forex trading tools (e.g., MetaTrader).
- Existing network of high-net-worth individuals, institutional clients, or corporate contacts in the UAE.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
