Job details
Evaluating existing ERP infrastructure and recommending system improvements, including version upgrades and implementing them post confirmation from CEO.Determining ERP automation needs via consultation, business process analysis, and observations by coordinating with multiple departments.Developing and configuring customized ERP modules (solutions) per the organization's requirements by liaising with the ERP Development Team (Third Party).Deploying ERP modules (solutions) with appropriate user rights and restrictions and ensuring seamless system integration.Running diagnostic tests before going live and resolving issues to promote seamless integration. Conducting periodic system audits to ensure user rights and restrictions are in accordance with the approvals defined.Providing ERP end-user training and technical support.Documenting ERP processes and preparing deployment progress updates. Complying with industry regulations.Keeping informed of the latest ERP developments, upgrades, and offerings.
