We're recruiting a 'Purchase Executive' for one of our clients based in Dubai, UAE.Job Description:In this role, we're looking for somebody who is responsible for ensuring that all supplier queries and issues are logged and escalated as appropriate.Key Responsibilities:Negotiate with suppliers for competitive pricing and contract terms.Conduct market research activities, issue Requests for Proposals, analyze received proposals, and make recommendations for supplier selection and prepare relevant contracts.Perform advanced expenditure analyses for key stakeholders.Coordinate the process of renewal or termination of agreements with suppliers.Proceed with the process of annual price-update initiatives with suppliers.Build industry know-how by coordinating, analyzing, and interpreting information about supply markets, suppliers, and products/services to select the best available solutions compliant with PMI Principles & Practices.Conduct all requests for processes to screen, evaluate, and select suppliers.Maintain data and prepare monthly/reports as required to present to the reporting head.Maintain stock as per requirement.Prepare PO and SAP entries on a timely basis.Coordinate with the team for stock availability.Requirements:Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of UAE experience.Competitive salary package and performance-based incentives.Other employee benefits as per UAE labour law.
