Work Experience: 8.0 Year(s) To 15.0 Year(s)Function: IT Software - Project & Program Mgt / OtherIndustry: IT-Software/Software ServicesQualification: B.Tech/B.E. - Computers; BCA/BCS - ComputersResponsibilities:Lead the development and management of detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets for large-scale IT projects with multiple workstreams.Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business objectives in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.Manage and mentor project teams of 10+ members and allocate resources according to project needs.Develop and maintain project documentation, including status reports, risk assessments, and communication plans, and ensure project compliance with relevant standards and regulations.Identify and mitigate project risks by establishing contingency plans, escalation paths and engaging stakeholders to ensure timely resolution.Ensure effective communication and collaboration between project teams, stakeholders, and vendors, including managing relationships with third-party service providers and contractors.Monitor project progress and adjust project plans as necessary to ensure successful project completion and ensure the delivery of high-quality project outcomes.Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and ensure that project goals align with overall business strategy and objectives.Contribute to developing and improving project management best practices and methodologies.Develop and implement effective project reporting mechanisms to provide stakeholders timely, accurate, and relevant information.Ensure effective management reporting to senior leadership, including regular updates on project status, risks, issues, and recommendations for resolution.Manage and run RFP and RFI cycles in alignment with business teams and ensure that vendor selection processes align with project goals.Develop and maintain relationships with key vendors and ensure they meet or exceed project requirements.Implement continuous improvement processes to optimize project management practices, reporting, communications, and vendor management.Qualifications, Experience & Skills:Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field; advanced degree preferred.8+ years of experience in IT project management, preferably in a senior project manager role, with a demonstrated ability to lead and manage large-scale projects.Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with a track record of successfully managing cross-functional teams and stakeholders.Expert-level knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and frameworks, including Agile/Scrum, Waterfall, and PMBOK.Experience managing complex IT projects involving multiple technologies, platforms, and systems and managing risk and compliance requirements.Experience managing projects with large multi-million-dollar budgets.Real Estate industry experience is a plus.Is a leading IT Solutions and Consulting CompanyApply NowInterested candidates are requested to apply for this job.Recruiters will evaluate your candidature and will get in touch with you.
