Job details

  • Engage with clients to assess their needs and provide tailored metal packaging solutions, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare detailed quotes based on technical specifications and customer requirements, ensuring accuracy and competitiveness.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to support marketing initiatives and promote metal packaging capabilities.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor offerings to suggest improvements in pricing strategies.
  • Prepare and maintain comprehensive documentation of all quotes and project scope changes.
  • Work closely with production teams to communicate customer requirements and ensure timely delivery.
  • Provide technical expertise on metal packaging designs and assist in product development initiatives.
  • Assist in conducting feasibility studies and cost analysis for new projects.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, or related field).
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in application engineering or quoting in the packaging industry.
  • Strong understanding of metal packaging technologies and processes.
  • Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail for accurate quote preparation.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building relationships with clients.
  • Proficient in relevant software tools (e.g., CAD software, quoting systems).
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
  • Fluency in English; additional language proficiency is a plus.
