The Site Manager will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of the manufacturing plant, maintaining high-quality standards, optimizing production processes, and fostering a culture of safety and teamwork.Key Responsibilities:Production Management:Plan, organize, and supervise all manufacturing activities, ensuring adherence to production schedules and quality standards.Monitor and optimize production processes to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and minimize downtime.Coordinate with production teams to meet production goals and resolve operational challenges.Quality Control:Implement and maintain stringent quality control procedures to ensure all products meet or exceed industry standards.Conduct regular quality audits and inspections to identify and address any quality issues promptly.Collaborate with the quality assurance team to continuously improve product quality.Safety and Compliance:Uphold a strong safety culture by implementing safety protocols, training programs, and ensuring compliance with all relevant safety regulations.Investigate and report any workplace incidents, implementing corrective actions to prevent future occurrences.Inventory and Resource Management:Manage inventory levels to ensure materials and supplies are available for production needs while minimizing excess stock.Optimize resource allocation, including labor, equipment, and raw materials, to maximize productivity and cost-efficiency.Identify opportunities for process improvements, cost reduction, and operational enhancements, and lead initiatives to implement changes.Communication and Reporting:Communicate regularly with senior management, providing updates on production performance, challenges, and recommendations.Prepare and analyze production reports and KPIs, making data-driven decisions to achieve company goals.Qualifications:
