We are looking for a Project Coordinator with interior fit-out works experience. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in overseeing the successful execution of projects from conception to completion.Responsibilities:Participate in project design meetings and propose improvements if necessaryEvaluate potential problems and technical hitches and develop solutionsPlan and manage team goals, project schedules, and new informationSupervise current projects and coordinate all team members to keep workflow on trackManage project-related paperwork by ensuring all necessary materials are current, properly filed, and storedDirect project correspondences by preparing and reviewing project proposals, memos, meeting minutes, and emailsCommunicate with clients to identify and define project requirements, scope, and objectivesAdhere to budget by monitoring expenses and implementing cost-saving measuresRequired Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Project Management, or relevant fieldMinimum 2 years of experience in project coordination or related roles in Interior fit-out worksProficiency in project management software and toolsExcellent communication and interpersonal abilitiesStrong organizational and multitasking skillsAttention to detail and problem-solving abilitiesAbility to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlinesInterested candidates are invited to submit their resume outlining their qualifications and relevant experience in the "apply" section and email to info@najmaconsultancy.com with your CV.
