Job Summary:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for working with senior management to develop financial strategies for the organization. You are comfortable handling large amounts of data, acting as a business partner, decision maker, and providing regular financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead financial meetings

Complete financial accounting and forecasting

Deliver reports and metrics to leadership

Preparing monthly invoices for all customers through SAP and warehouse management system (WMS)

Booking supplier invoices and issuing the related payments

Preparing payroll and transferring salaries on a monthly basis

Bank reconciliations and cash management, closing, analysis, and reporting

Handling bank facilities, insurance policies, and all related issues

Preparing and submitting VAT returns on a timely basis

Supporting, studying, and reviewing all the proposed rates for new projects along with the cost analysis studies

Reviewing, approving, and signing all payments jointly with the GM

Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance or related field with 7 to 10 years of relevant experience

Experience in SAP, Internal & External Audits

Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)

Detail-oriented and analytical

Job Specification:

The ideal candidate should have a bachelor's degree in finance qualification and at least 7 years of experience. This is a Full-Time morning shift job. Salary varies between 13k to 15k (AED) per month depending upon skills and years of experience the candidate has.
