Job Description

Develop and implement supply chain strategies that align with the organization’s goals.
Analyze market trends and forecast future demands to ensure adequate resources are available.
Identify, select, and negotiate contracts with suppliers and vendors.
Manage relationships with key suppliers to ensure they meet quality, delivery, and cost expectations.
Oversee inventory levels to ensure the organization maintains optimal stock without overstocking or running out of stock.
Develop and implement inventory control systems, including tracking, forecasting, and replenishment strategies.
Oversee purchasing activities to ensure materials and products are acquired at competitive prices.
Monitor procurement processes to ensure that orders are placed on time and meet the required quality standards.

Desired Candidate Profile

Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
Professional Experience:

Experience of 3-5 years in supply chain management, procurement, logistics, or operations, with a proven track record of managing supply chain processes efficiently.
Experience in vendor/supplier management, negotiating contracts, and maintaining relationships with external suppliers.
Experience with inventory management: Familiarity with forecasting, replenishment, and stock control systems.
Experience in logistics and distribution, including working with transportation, warehouse operations, and global shipping.
Proven experience in demand forecasting, supply chain optimization, and cost management.
