A/C Technician Jobs in Dubai, UAE
About the job
Purpose of the Job- Maintain and repair Air-conditioning system of vehicles.
- Receive work and job card from the Foreman – A/C Section.
- Rectify the defect and fix the vehicle within the timeline.
- By receiving the job card, perform each requirement and tick and sign the checklist before moving forward.
- If any parts are required to purchase, inform the Foreman – A/C Section.
- Search for information in the available documentation (technical manuals, repair booklets).
- Identify additional work and non-conformances. Rapidly communicate them to the Foreman – A/C Section and write them down on the job card.
- Ensure the presentation of the vehicle, including resetting of equipment and accessories, and cleanliness.
- Apply the manufacturer’s directives and safety rules.
- Tidy up and clean the work area and all the tools used (individual or collective).
- Maintain the stock of tools and keep them in proper condition.
- Perform all activities in compliance with the Company’s QHSEMS and as per the assigned specific responsibilities.
- Carry out any additional tasks assigned (in line with qualifications and ability) by the line manager.
- High-school degree / certification.
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience as an auto electrician within the repairing workshop.
- Working knowledge of English (able to read and interpret technical manuals, repair booklets).
