Responsible for performing the assigned maintenance and other tasks on the campus facilities in a professional and safe way while considering cost.Minimum Qualification and Education
- Essential: Diploma or related courses with experience
Required Knowledge and Skills
- Experienced in operating a variety of equipment and small hand tools
- Able to work well with minimal supervision
- Ability to prioritize tasks and follow specified procedures
- Able to take initiative to recommend improvements or cost reductions
- Knowledge of equipment and tools
- Technical capabilities
Work Experience
- Minimum of two (2) years of experience as a technician, technician apprentice, or relevant work experience
- Firefighting and fire alarm knowledge and experience is a plus
Language Proficiency Required
