Job details
We are looking for a strong, talented, self-motivated and result-driven specialist for the position of Immigration & Processing Coordinator. Preferred: Female, fluent in Punjabi and English.
Responsibilities
- Provide information and advice on visa and immigration requirements and procedures.
- Assist clients with the preparation and submission of visa applications and related documents.
- Ensure that clients meet all immigration requirements and maintain compliance with visa conditions.
- Stay updated on changes to immigration laws and regulations to provide accurate guidance.
- Manage and track the progress of individual cases, including follow-ups and updates.
- Address any issues or complications that arise during the immigration process.
- Review and verify the accuracy and completeness of application forms and supporting documents.
- Assist in the collection and organization of necessary documentation for submission.
- Provide support and advice to clients throughout the application process, including pre- and post-approval stages.
- Handle client inquiries and resolve any concerns or issues related to their immigration status.
