Associate Director, Credit & Markets Trainer

We are looking for new Credit and Markets Trainers at Fitch, who can design and deliver training across a number of credit programme & academies to banks, other financial institutions, regulators and multi-lateral organisations. Courses are delivered in-house and virtually, as well as public courses in various locations. You do not need to be an established trainer – we will train you to become one. This role provides an exciting opportunity to expand your financial services career. We are interested in investing in your skills and experience so that you can develop the breadth of your training capability. To achieve this growth, you will be motivated by learning new skills and gaining new knowledge and the rewards will be a varied portfolio with an opportunity to be remunerated accordingly. Role Responsibilities

You must be confident presenting complex topics, willing and eager to learn with a desire to develop both your classroom skills, both virtual and in-person, and further your knowledge of the subject matter you will be delivering.
To assist in the preparation of training material.
To have full understanding of the objectives of the course, the participants, and training material.
To support business development processes as the subject matter expert.
Credit Industry knowledge - acting as the first point of call for content and technical or process questions relating to the industry and specific product area.

Role Requirements

Extensive credit experience from within a leading commercial bank, investment bank, rating agency, financial regulator or other type of financial institution.
Excellent presentation and listening skills.
Effective communicator with a passion for education.
A passion for delivering learning, utilizing a range of methods to calmly and coherently explain complicated concepts in an entertaining and engaging way.
Strong levels of professionalism and cultural awareness appropriate to our industry.
