Job PurposeDevelop, execute tenders, and provide contract administration support, ensuring contract compliance and corporate controls for best-in-class service delivery at optimal cost to end users.Key Job AccountabilitiesImplement and achieve annual objectives, Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) with associated metrics, to achieve department and corporate strategic objectives.Provide expert support during the tendering and contracting process to ensure all required information (pricing, technical, commercial, etc.) are correctly documented and included to ensure corporate controls are maintained and risk exposure is mitigated.Coordinate and conduct an efficient handover of contracts to facilitate a seamless transition to the post-award process while continuing to support effective contract administration to best in class service offering and customer satisfaction.Provide and evaluate historical demand trends with correlated corporate spend profiles to best facilitate optimal procurement strategies to optimize cost and meet end user(s) requirements.Conduct and provide support on detailed reviews and prepare assessments on complex tendering and contract documents to effectively advise on clarification responses during the tendering process to ensure corporate interests are maintained.Identify areas for L3 processes and associated procedures improvements by analyzing the effectiveness of division processes and procedures to enhance service offerings to end users and stakeholders.Coordinate on service providers' performance and align with Market Intelligence commodity trend analysis to determine and implement the best negotiating strategies that optimize service cost and facilitate quality service.Develop cost analysis with respective service contracts/commodities to develop and design optimal compensation models that align the required scope of work while capturing cost savings opportunities.Provide support on peer reviews, internal and external audits, and other applicable areas associated with service agreement reviews to ensure the controls are maintained and gaps are corrected.Compile in the preparations of the annual demand plan development and oversee the compliance to the timely execution of the demand plan while maximizing the procurement value and meeting the end user expectations.QualificationsBachelor's degree in engineering, supply chain management, or commercial discipline.Knowledge and/or Experience8 years' direct experience in the oil and gas industry with contracting/procurement experience.Knowledge of supplier relations, contracts law, and industry best practices.
