Position: Leadership Role in Quality Assurance- Governance / TCoE / Delivery Manager / Delivery Head
- Lead strategic planning, implementation, and governance of end-to-end testing processes.
- Ensure adherence to quality assurance standards and regulatory compliance across testing lifecycles.
- Drive innovation and delivery excellence aligned with organizational goals.
- Build and manage Testing Centers of Excellence (TCoE) and delivery frameworks.
- Consult with CXO-level stakeholders and influence QA best practices.
- Manage large-scale programs, optimize resources, and foster client relationships.
- Experience: 18+ years in software testing and quality assurance, with 5+ years in senior leadership roles.
- Proven expertise in governance, test automation, and delivery management within BFSI or similar domains.
- Experience in pre-production and post-production activities in a banking environment.
- Strong client management, stakeholder alignment, and leadership skills.
- Hands-on approach to problem-solving and process optimization.
- Experience working with Indian/Dubai banks for governance/delivery roles.
