Education / Experience: Include minimum education, technical training, and/or experience preferred to perform the job. Required:
- Current APRN Florida licensure
- Graduate of an accredited NP program
- At least 2 years of experience, preferably in a family practice setting
- Athena EHR/EMR experience
- Specific vision requirements include the ability to see at close range, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear.
- Regularly required to sit; frequently stand and walk short distances; occasionally bend, twist, reach above shoulder level, climb and kneel.
- Use two hands to handle, control, or feel objects, tools, or controls.
- All sensory functions (speech, vision, touch, and hearing) corrected to near normal range.
- Occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. May lift or move patients.
- Potential risk for occupational exposure – written policies and procedures are available onsite. Other environmental hazards may include close contact with mechanical equipment.
- Fine hand manipulation (keyboarding).
- Possess the ability to fulfill any office activities normally expected in an office setting, to include, but not limited to: remaining seated for periods of time to perform computer-based work, participating in filing activity, lifting and carrying office supplies (paper reams, mail, etc.).
- Healthcare clinic environment
- The noise level in the work environment is usually low.
