- Develop and implement strategic initiatives for organisational design and development.
- Drive talent management strategies to support a high-performing organisation.
- Lead the design and delivery of leadership development programmes.
- Manage the process of culture change to ensure alignment with the company's mission and vision.
- Collaborate with HR and business leaders to resolve organisational challenges.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of OD initiatives.
- Facilitate team development and employee engagement initiatives.
- Provide coaching and mentoring to senior leaders.
- Relevant educational qualifications in Organisational Development, Psychology, HR or related field.
- Proven experience in with a background in a consulting company
- Strong knowledge of talent management and leadership development strategies.
- Excellent communication, leadership and strategic planning skills.
- Ability to influence and drive change at all levels of the organisation.
