This position is office-based at our Dubai office. Key Responsibilities:
- Project Management: Coordinate all aspects of the print production process, from initial file preparation to final delivery.
- Manage production schedules, ensuring timely completion of projects within budget and deadlines.
- Liaise with printers, suppliers, and other vendors to ensure smooth production flow.
- Quality Control: Conduct thorough quality checks on all print materials at various stages of production.
- Ensure adherence to print specifications, color accuracy, and brand standards.
- Resolve any production issues that may arise.
- Vendor Management: Negotiate prices and contracts with printing vendors.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with printing partners.
- Evaluate and select the most suitable printing vendors for specific projects.
- Logistics Coordination: Coordinate with the warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely and efficient delivery of printed materials.
- Track shipments and resolve any delivery issues.
- Record Keeping: Maintain comprehensive records of print files, production schedules, costs, and vendor information.
- Prepare regular reports on production progress and costs.
- Strong understanding of offset and digital printing processes.
- Proficiency in pre-press production techniques and file preparation for printing.
- Knowledge of CMYK and Pantone color systems.
- Basic understanding of graphic design principles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Bachelor's degree in Publishing, Graphic Design, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in print production, preferably in the publishing or printing industry.
