Responsibilities:
- Issuing the SPA and ensuring it is signed by both parties and mailed to the client, soft/hard copy.
- Coordinating the relationship between clients and Finance Departments regarding booking fees/downpayments (cash, cheques).
- Assisting clients, Property Consultants, and the Finance Department for any external company sales event.
- Presenting reports for client accounts and details to the line manager or any other Head of the Department.
- Maintaining the client database with all necessary information as instructed by the line manager.
- Assisting with any sales documentation that is misplaced.
- Ensuring all client documentation is inserted into Salesforce for the Finance Department to allocate internal and external commissions.
- Assisting the Operations Manager with DLD and RERA units’ registration.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s in Business Administration or a related field.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in real estate is mandatory in a CRM role.
- Strong understanding of real estate contracts, SPA, KYC, EOI, DLD, RERA.
- Excellent research, analytical, and organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Proficiency in legal research tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Proficiency in Arabic is mandatory.
