- You will be responsible for identifying an impressive range of investors and investment firms.
- You will keep in contact with these investors throughout the year, cultivating a relationship, answering all queries, and meeting with them to convince them to become a part of the Investor Program. All prospective and confirmed investors will be kept on a database that will be updated daily, for tracking and data purposes.
- Closer to the event, this would involve working with the logistical operations team to ensure: Tier 1 investors (from the top global firms) are well looked after (e.g., flights, accommodation, transport); and that all investors confirmed to attend are kept well informed about key event details, such as badge collection, app downloads, venue location, and more.
- Furthermore, you will co-ordinate with marketing to ensure that every confirmed investor’s bio and picture are featured on our website and track any changes prior to the event.
- Experience in conference production and/or event management
- Experience in dealing with investors and VCs is greatly preferred, especially if relationships have already been established and cultivated
- A strategic approach in order to determine the shape of our Investor Program Brand and market awareness

- Manager and above, School fees contribution, 40,000 SAR per child per year, up to a max of three children

- 60 days accommodation or suitable serviced apartment from your arrival date. Alternatively, if you already have accommodation in Riyadh and do not require a hotel or serviced apartment, then we provide a one-off payment of SAR 5,000
- SAR 2,500 towards shipping goods/excess baggage costs on production of receipts/invoices
- Paid flight to Riyadh (for you and your dependents)
- 30 days accommodation or suitable serviced apartment from your arrival date. Alternatively, if you already have accommodation in Riyadh and do not require a hotel or serviced apartment, then we provide a one-off payment of SAR 5,000
- SAR 2,500 towards shipping goods/excess baggage costs on production of receipts/invoices
