Job Title: Customer Support Engineer

Responsibilities:

Manage project management activities and customer support.
Build rapport with key customers in the region and ensure customer satisfaction.
Provide technical support for NEXTracker customers in the Middle East, UAE, Turkey, and Africa, ensuring a best-in-class customer experience and providing product and systems expertise to maximize customer value.
Develop and maintain technical understanding of PV solar tracking systems and associated specialized tools.
Have strong customer care experience and effectively communicate resolutions for customer concerns.
Responsible for cross-functional coordination within NEXTracker to resolve customer queries in the most efficient way.
Support NEXTracker product procurement and logistics.
Possible on-site work to evaluate/document construction progress and respond to customer queries.
Ensure project documentation is complete and verified at all stages of project implementation, including but not limited to schedules, invoices, budgets, purchase orders, and sales orders.
Manage weekly customer calls, kick-off meetings, and hand-off meetings.
Play a key role in cross-functional product teams, providing recommendations based on systems integration expertise and customer needs assessments and feedback.
Support product development, sales, and marketing as requested.
Act as the internal customer voice and advocate for the customer within NEXTracker.

Required Skills/Experiences:

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or equivalent experience.
Strong knowledge of PV technology and its applications.
Experience in supply chain procurement and logistics.
Experience in project accounting and letters of credit is a must.
Understanding of dealing with customer support.
Extensive hands-on experience with photovoltaic tracking solar systems is a plus.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Mandarin and English.
