Looking for a proactive Channel Support Manager in Riyadh to manage and support channel partners, ensuring they have the resources and training needed to effectively sell products. The role involves driving partner success, optimizing operations, and building strong partnerships. Skills Key Responsibilities: • Channel Management: Develop strategies to grow channel partners. • Partner Support: Provide support, address issues, and ensure satisfaction. • Training: Organize workshops and training for partners on products. • Performance Monitoring: Analyze partner performance and create action plans. • Collaboration: Work with internal teams to align support with goals. • Program Development: Create and evaluate programs to enhance partner engagement. • Market Analysis: Track market trends and provide insights to partners. Qualifications: • Experience: 3+ years in channel management or partner support, preferably in tech/cloud. • Skills: Strong understanding of channel sales, communication, and data analysis. • Knowledge: Familiarity with products, cloud concepts, and Riyadh’s market. • Education: Bachelor’s in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field; certifications in channel management are a plus.
