Job Description

  • Conduct HRMIS system training for subordinates and other related colleagues
  • Make recommendations on hiring, promotion, increments and termination of subordinates
  • Counsel and motivate subordinates in work-related matters
  • In charge of cross-training for all HR colleagues
  • Planning HR staff annual leave and compensation off applications
  • Perform any tasks as assigned by the Director of Talent & Culture.

Qualifications

We are looking for a well-organized and creative candidate with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, who can display a “passion for perfection” and work in a dynamic environment. In addition, the candidate should possess:
  • Education: Diploma/Certificate/Bachelor in Human Resources
  • Experience: At least 8 years in the Human Resources field with 5 years in a supervisory role
  • Experience in service in the hotel industry
  • Job Skill / Knowledge: Thorough knowledge of local labor law and procedures
  • Good communication skills
  • Good connection with local government officials
  • Knowledge of HRMIS system
  • Basic training skills
  • Experience in handling labor law matters
  • Computer Knowledge: Computer literate in basic MS software
