JASARA PMC is seeking a Technical Libraries Manager to oversee the management and organization of technical documentation and records for our projects. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring that all technical information is accurate, complete, and easily accessible to project teams and stakeholders. You will collaborate closely with various departments to implement best practices in document management and support the operational needs of our projects.Responsibilities:This position relates to document management. The roles and responsibilities of this position include and are not limited to: Manage all operational data and project records in a secure environment. Manage requests from project teams requiring access to operational records. Provide project teams with resource records for design and construction projects. Liaise with the General Department of Business Excellence to ensure compliance with data conservation and protection policies and coordinate with the General Department of Information Technology on system requirements EducationBachelors/ Masters/ PhD in Engineering or Business related degree. Experience 10+ years of experience in performing a variety of analytical and technical tasks related to the provision of library services in the construction environment. Technical Competencies Project Management Quality management Stakeholder management and communications Risk, opportunity, issues management Engineering planning and review Building/infra mgmt. BIM Design review Asset management
