What will the role be about Assists in day-to-day operations, manages relationships with customers, and ensures that the branch is running smoothly. Organization of the branch

  1. Greet customers and suppliers
  2. Assist the site manager with HR management
  3. Assist the team in communicating and organizing activities
  4. Report data to management software and alert them in the event of inconsistency
  5. Order supplies and equipment for the branch
Administrative management and life of the contract
  1. Issue quotes, contracts, and amendments
  2. Record, monitor, and invoice claims in liaison with the insurance companies and/or the insurance department at the home branch (depending on the claim - SST or SAT)
  3. Monitor customer collections in the event of non-payment
  4. Check the agency's cash registers on a monthly basis for validation by the RO.
  5. Prepare invoices for services and classify invoices according to due dates
  6. Report vehicle claims to the insurance department
  7. Process administrative operations relating to the commercial management of the branch
Manages vehicle movements Carry out operational tasks required by the agency (RIV, movements, etc.) Who are we looking for (must have / nice to have)
  1. Degree in administrative and/or commercial management.
  2. Without a specific diploma, significant experience in this field is also an asset.
  3. In-depth knowledge of office software (Word, Excel, etc.) and communication tools (Internet, Outlook, etc.).
  4. You know how to prioritize urgency, anticipate, organize, and manage unforeseen events.
  5. You communicate clearly and effectively.
  6. You have good interpersonal and commercial skills with customers.
  7. You have a strong commitment to the collective success of the team and to customer satisfaction.
