Roles and Responsibilities

  • Assist in the development of project plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring alignment with client objectives and project timelines.
  • Facilitate communication between various stakeholders, including engineers, contractors, and clients, to ensure project milestones are met.
  • Monitor construction activities to ensure compliance with quality, standards, safety regulations, and project specifications.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation, including daily reports, schedules, and meeting minutes, and assist in preparing regular progress reports.
  • Assist in identifying potential project risks and participate in developing mitigation strategies to resolve issues and ensure project continuity.

Qualifications

Education: Be working towards a relevant degree or master's level qualification in Architecture, Engineering, Project Engineering, or any related field. Academic Excellence: Proven history of outstanding academic performance. Drive and Determination: Exhibit unwavering determination and a strong commitment to personal and professional growth. Teamwork and Communication: Demonstrate effective teamwork and communication abilities to collaborate in diverse environments.

Desired Candidate Profile

Financial Acumen: Strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to track project costs and profitability.
  1. Project Management Skills: Familiarity with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Primavera) to effectively monitor project progress.
  2. Data Analysis: Proficiency in analyzing project data and performance metrics to identify trends, variances, and potential issues.
  3. Reporting Skills: Ability to create detailed reports and dashboards that communicate project status, financial health, and key performance indicators to stakeholders.
  4. Risk Management: Skills in identifying potential risks and developing mitigation strategies to minimize their impact on the project.
  5. Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities to collaborate with project managers, team members, and stakeholders effectively.
  6. Attention to Detail: Meticulousness in tracking project details, documentation, and compliance with contractual obligations.
  7. Problem-Solving: Critical thinking skills to address issues as they arise and recommend effective solutions.
  8. Team Collaboration: Ability to work collaboratively with various departments, including finance, operations, and engineering.
  9. Adaptability: Flexibility to adjust to changing project demands, timelines, and priorities.
