Role Profile: Arabic-Speaking Account Manager (Seconded to a Real Estate Organisation in Abu Dhabi) Position Title: Account Manager Location: Abu Dhabi (Seconded from M&C Saatchi) Department: Client Services / Marketing Reports to: Client Director / Head of Marketing (M&C Saatchi) & Marketing Leadership Team (Client) Contract Duration: 6 Months – January start Overview: M&C Saatchi is seeking an experienced, Arabic-speaking Account Manager to be seconded to one of our key clients, a large real estate organisation. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day marketing needs of the client, working closely with both internal teams and client stakeholders to ensure the smooth execution of integrated marketing campaigns, communications, and strategic initiatives. This is a dynamic, client-facing role that requires both marketing expertise and the ability to navigate the complexities of the real estate sector. The Account Manager will serve as the main point of contact between the client and the agency, ensuring all marketing deliverables are aligned with the client's business objectives and brand vision. Key Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management:
- Act as the primary point of contact for the client’s marketing team, fostering strong, positive, and long-term relationships.
- Develop an in-depth understanding of the client’s brand, business objectives, and market positioning to ensure effective communication and campaign development.
- Serve as the trusted advisor, providing strategic insights and recommendations to elevate the client’s marketing efforts.
- Campaign Management & Execution:
- Lead the day-to-day management of marketing campaigns, ensuring timely delivery, quality, and alignment with client expectations.
- Work with internal teams at M&C Saatchi and external vendors to ensure all creative, media, and digital assets are developed and executed as per the campaign strategy.
- Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resources, ensuring campaigns are executed efficiently and cost-effectively.
- Strategic Planning & Reporting:
- Collaborate with the client’s marketing leadership team to develop and implement strategic marketing plans, ensuring alignment with their business goals.
- Track, measure, and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights to optimize future marketing activities.
- Regularly update clients on progress, insights, and performance, presenting reports and recommendations in a clear and actionable manner.
- Team Collaboration & Coordination:
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (creative, digital, media, production) to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives.
- Liaise between the client’s marketing team and M&C Saatchi’s internal departments to ensure alignment on project objectives, timelines, and deliverables.
- Support in managing internal resources, ensuring that the right skill sets are applied to each project.
- Cultural Sensitivity & Local Insights:
- Use your knowledge of the local market, consumer behavior, and cultural nuances to advise on campaign messaging, positioning, and creative direction.
- Provide input into local and regional market trends, ensuring marketing strategies are relevant and resonate with the target audience in Abu Dhabi and broader UAE.
- Fluency in Arabic and English (both written and spoken) is essential.
- Marketing Experience:
- Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in marketing, advertising, or account management, ideally with experience in real estate, property, or lifestyle sectors.
- Proven experience managing large-scale integrated campaigns (digital, social, print, events) and working across multiple channels.
- Client-Facing Experience:
- Strong ability to manage client relationships, set expectations, and present campaign results effectively.
- Experience working with senior clients, understanding their business needs, and providing tailored solutions.
- Project Management Skills:
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain high-quality standards under pressure.
- Cultural Competence:
- Deep understanding of the local culture and business environment in the UAE and broader GCC region.
- Sensitivity to the client’s corporate culture, values, and objectives.
