Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

Design and deliver training programs that cover all aspects of the product development lifecycle, including Product Lifecycle Management (PLM), Six Sigma optimization, Design of Experiments (DOE), sensitivity analysis, PIDO, and SPDM.
Provide hands-on training on product development processes using cutting-edge industry tools and methods.
Guide teams in effectively integrating simulation workflows with PLM systems for efficient process management and improved design outputs.
Lead optimization and simulation projects, applying statistical and Six Sigma methodologies to achieve superior product performance and reliability.
Mentor and coach engineering teams to address complex challenges using simulation-driven approaches.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to continuously improve the training curriculum based on emerging industry trends and technological advancements.
Ensure alignment of training modules with organizational goals and industry best practices.

Education/Experience/Skills: (Required)

Master’s or PhD in Aerospace, Mechanical or Mechatronics Engineering
Minimum of 10 years of industry experience in product development, lifecycle management, optimization, and project management, preferably within the Aerospace & Defense (A&D) sector.
Strong familiarity with integrating simulation workflows into PLM systems such as Teamcenter or Windchill.
Good to have: At least 2 years of experience delivering technical training in product development and management.
Good to have: Hands-on experience with Ansys tools such as OptiSLang and Minerva or similar industry tools is desirable.
Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with a proven ability to mentor and guide multidisciplinary engineering teams.
