Role Purpose The Business Analyst will be responsible for understanding and analyzing business requirements, developing strategies, creating comprehensive presentations, and collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure successful project execution. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of business processes and IT systems. Accountabilities

  1. Requirement Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze business requirements for IT projects.
  2. Business Process Analysis: Evaluate existing business processes, identify areas for improvement, and recommend solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  3. Strategy Development: Develop and implement strategies that align with business goals and support IT project objectives.
  4. Presentation Creation: Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to communicate project plans, progress, and outcomes to stakeholders.
  5. Project Management Support: Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of IT projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
  6. Data Analysis: Analyze data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities, providing actionable insights to support decision-making.
  7. Documentation: Create detailed documentation, including business requirements, process flows, and user guides, to ensure clear communication and understanding.
  8. Stakeholder Communication: Serve as a liaison between the business and IT teams, facilitating effective communication and collaboration.
  9. Quality Assurance: Ensure that solutions meet business requirements and quality standards through rigorous testing and validation.
  10. Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, recommending and implementing improvements to business analysis processes.
Experience & Qualification
  1. Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably within the IT sector.
  2. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
Knowledge & Skills
  1. Technical Skills: Proficiency in business analysis tools and techniques, familiarity with IT systems and software development processes.
  2. Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.
  3. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present information clearly and concisely.
  4. Project Management: Experience with project management methodologies and tools, such as Agile or Scrum, is advantageous.
  5. Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  6. Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail in all work activities.
  7. Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing business needs and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
