The Project Manager will oversee, coordinate, and manage complex projects from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives, timely delivery, and adherence to budget constraints. This role requires effective leadership and collaboration across cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality project outcomes. The Project Manager will be instrumental in driving efficiencies, mitigating risks, and delivering impactful solutions that meet stakeholder expectations. Key Responsibilities

  1. Project Planning and Execution: Develop comprehensive project plans, set timelines, milestones, and define scope.
  2. Allocate resources and manage budgets to ensure projects remain within scope.
  3. Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary contact for clients, consultants, and stakeholders, providing regular updates on project progress and addressing concerns.
  4. Prepare and present project reports, highlighting key metrics, milestones, and any adjustments to timelines or budgets.
  5. Identify and assess potential risks, implementing mitigation strategies as needed.
  6. Resolve project-related issues promptly to avoid delays and ensure progress.
Resource Coordination: Allocate tasks and resources efficiently across project teams to maximize productivity and meet project milestones. Budget Management & Cost Control:
  1. Manage project budgets, control costs, and handle project-related financials, ensuring adherence to approved financial plans.
  2. Track and authorize construction expenses, materials procurement, and labor costs, maintaining transparent and accurate financial records.
Performance Monitoring and Reporting:
  1. Track project progress and provide regular reports to senior management, highlighting accomplishments, challenges, and solutions.
  2. Data Analysis and Reporting: Utilize recruitment analytics to evaluate and report on hiring metrics, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven recommendations.
  3. Prepare and present regular reports on recruitment metrics, hiring forecasts, and other relevant data for senior management.
Compliance and Process Improvement:
  1. Ensure compliance with local and international hiring laws and regulations.
  2. Continuously improve recruitment policies, systems, and processes to enhance efficiency and meet industry standards.
Quality Control:
  1. Monitor project progress, ensuring adherence to quality standards and compliance requirements.
  2. Conduct project reviews and post-project evaluations to capture learnings and drive continuous improvement.
Team Leadership & Collaboration:
  1. Lead project teams, fostering collaboration and guiding team members towards shared goals.
  2. Provide regular feedback and support to enhance team performance and morale.
Key Skills:
  1. Construction Management Expertise: Proficiency in managing complex construction projects, with in-depth knowledge of site management, labor planning, and material logistics.
Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of construction methodologies, safety regulations, and project management software such as MS Project, AutoCAD, or similar. Skilled in identifying on-site challenges, evaluating risks, and implementing corrective actions to keep projects on track. Budgeting & Cost Management:
  1. Experienced in managing and monitoring budgets, with a focus on cost control and maximizing resource efficiency.
Communication & Negotiation:
  1. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to manage expectations and negotiate with vendors and subcontractors.
Project Management Expertise:
  1. Proficient in project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and software.
Leadership and Team Management:
  1. Strong ability to motivate, guide, and develop project teams to ensure collective success.
Problem-Solving:
  1. Ability to analyze complex issues, generate solutions, and make critical decisions quickly.
Communication:
  1. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present information clearly to diverse audiences.
Time Management:
  1. Strong organizational and time-management skills, ensuring all project components remain on schedule.
Negotiation and Persuasion:
  1. Skilled in negotiating offers and persuading candidates while aligning with budget and role requirements.
Cultural Awareness and DEI Knowledge:
  1. Experience in promoting diversity and ensuring inclusive hiring practices.
Qualifications & Experience:
  1. Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
  2. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent is highly preferred.
Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in project management, construction site management, and project planning with a proven track record of delivering successful projects on time and within budget. PMP (Project Management Professional), or construction-specific certifications (e.g., Certified Construction Manager - CCM), are highly advantageous.
