Assistant Content Creator / Graphic Designer

  1. Collaborate with the Marketing team to understand project requirements and objectives, and translate them into content creation.
  2. Follow and maintain brand identities to ensure consistency across all content.
  3. Develop creative storytelling strategies that resonate with the resort's target audience and differentiate it from competitors.
  4. Create compelling and high-quality visual content such as photos, videos, and graphics to showcase the resort's facilities including the hotel, rooms, spa, golf courses, dining venues, academies and event spaces.
  5. Stay updated on industry trends, styles, and emerging technologies to continuously improve content quality and innovation.
  6. Work closely with the Content Creation Manager to ensure quality and accuracy of final deliverables.
  7. Assist Content Creation Manager in filming, photography, editing or graphic design.
  8. Manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines and budget constraints.
  9. Research and develop assets such as music, stock footages, graphics that can be used in editing.
  10. Maintain organized files and assets, and follow file management best practices.

Qualifications

Requirements:
  • Skills: Videography, Photography, Editing with basic Graphic Designing.
  • Knowledgeable in using any of the following applications: Adobe Premiere, Adobe After Effects, Photoshop, Lightroom, Davinci Resolve, Canva, Capcut.
  • Passionate about creating reels, vlogs, short films, or any related video content.
