This role is essential in bridging the gap between our products and healthcare professionals, ensuring our solutions reach those who need them most.Job Summary: As a Medical Representative, you will be the face of Meditsea, responsible for promoting our pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals, including doctors, nurses, and pharmacists. Your role involves educating these professionals on the benefits and proper use of our products to enhance patient care. You will work closely with the sales and marketing team to achieve sales targets and increase product awareness in your assigned territory.Key Responsibilities:Product Promotion: Conduct visits to healthcare professionals in various settings, including hospitals, clinics, and pharmacies, to promote and detail our pharmaceutical products.Education and Training: Provide accurate information and educational materials about our products, including features, benefits, and proper usage, to healthcare professionals.Sales Targets: Achieve assigned sales targets through effective planning and execution of sales strategies.Market Analysis: Monitor and report on market and competitor activities, providing relevant reports and feedback to the management team.Relationship Building: Establish and maintain professional relationships with healthcare providers to ensure ongoing demand for our products.Feedback Collection: Gather feedback from healthcare professionals on product effectiveness, customer satisfaction, and potential improvements.Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all activities are conducted in compliance with relevant regulatory and ethical standards.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Biomedical Sciences, or related field.Previous experience in pharmaceutical sales or healthcare-related field is preferred but not essential.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with healthcare professionals.Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to work independently.Passionate about improving patient care and outcomes.Fluent in English, with additional languages considered an asset.Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory.We Offer:A competitive salary with performance-based bonuses.Comprehensive training and professional development opportunities.A supportive team environment and the opportunity to be part of a company that's making a real difference in the healthcare industry.How to Apply: Through Roundsbase platform.
