The role demands a hands-on leader who can craft and execute innovative talent acquisition strategies and foster an inclusive corporate culture that enables our organization to thrive in a competitive talent landscape. Job Requirements
- Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in talent acquisition, with at least 3 years in a managerial capacity.
- A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a relevant field; a Master's degree or professional certifications in HR (such as SHRM-SCP or SPHR) are highly desirable.
- Demonstrated expertise in formulating and executing talent acquisition strategies at a leadership level.
- Proficiency in the utilization of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), HRIS platforms, and talent sourcing tools.
- Adept at employment branding strategies and recruiting analytics to attract top talent.
- Advanced understanding of compliance with labor laws and organizational policies.
- Strong background in developing and leading diversity and inclusion initiatives.
- Proven track record in managing full-cycle recruitment efforts for various seniority levels across diverse fields.
- Exceptional networking skills and the ability to build relationships with a wide array of professional communities and educational institutions.
- High-level competency in negotiation and decision-making regarding candidate selection and offers.
- Excellent command of metrics and reporting with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Expertise in coaching and mentoring recruitment staff to achieve maximum productivity and engagement.
- Lead and coach the talent acquisition team to excel through the entire recruiting lifecycle.
- Develop cutting-edge strategies to amplify our employer brand and ensure a steady pipeline of high-calibre candidates.
- Regularly analyze market trends and provide insights on the impact of labor market shifts on talent acquisition.
- Oversee the full-cycle recruitment process across various roles, ensuring alignment with our mission and strategy.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement while streamlining hiring processes for efficiency and effectiveness.
- Craft and execute comprehensive diversity and inclusion initiatives in all talent acquisition activities.
- Manage strategic partnerships with recruitment agencies, educational institutions, and professional networks to source rare and exceptional talent.
- Continually assess and enhance the candidate experience, positioning our organization as an employer of choice.
- Leverage advanced analytics to measure key recruitment metrics, ensuring objectives are met and informing necessary adjustments.
- Serve as a steward of internal and external talent pipelines, aligning recruitment practices with business growth objectives.
- Strategic thinking and advanced planning capabilities in a complex organizational setting.
- Mastery of talent acquisition tactics, including direct sourcing, passive candidate outreach, and negotiation.
- Superior leadership and people management skills to inspire and guide a high-performing team.
- Proficiency in process improvement methodologies and the ability to implement scalable solutions.
- Expert knowledge of recruitment best practices and emerging technologies.
- Excellent interpersonal and communications skills, with a talent for compelling storytelling.
- Robust analytical skills to draw meaningful conclusions from recruitment data.
