The ideal candidate will possess a unique blend of soft and technical skills to effectively engage with clients, manage projects, and deliver impactful energy solutions. You will play a crucial role in energy auditing, management, and modeling, while also representing our company with professionalism and expertise. Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive energy audits for various clients to identify opportunities for energy savings.
- Develop and implement energy management strategies tailored to client needs.
- Monitor and evaluate energy savings initiatives and report findings to stakeholders.
- Create detailed energy models and perform Excel modeling to assess policies, programs, and projects.
- Stay updated on renewable energy trends and technologies to advise clients effectively.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget.
- Communicate findings and recommendations clearly to clients through presentations and reports.
- Foster strong client relationships through excellent communication and representational skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Energy Management, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Good to have certifications: CEA, CMVP, CEM, CAP.
- Proven experience in energy auditing and management (besides building related).
- Strong understanding of renewable energy systems and technologies.
- Excellent project management skills, with a track record of successful project delivery.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, research and quantitative/qualitative analysis with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical audiences.
- Representable and professional demeanor.
- Client-facing experience.
- Strong communication skills, PPT skills (message delivery, storyline).
- Effective message delivery.
- Project management proficiency.
- Energy auditing and management expertise/practice.
- Cost benefit analysis for programs and case studies.
- Experience in monitoring and valuation of energy savings.
- Proficiency in energy modeling techniques.
- Advanced Excel modeling skills for policies, programs, or projects.
- Understanding of renewable energy technologies and market landscape.
