What you'll be doing: This candidate will serve as SPOC and will lead all IT initiatives from planning to delivery. The suitable candidate will gather and analyze data to develop and investigate potential solutions. The candidate will work closely with key stakeholders to understand requirements, translate them into clear requirement documents, and write compelling business cases and proposals. The IT Manager must be detail-oriented, yet able to see the big picture and work with the overall business. What we need:

Determined to succeed by driving timely delivery of end-to-end IT solutions.
Ensuring the changes are made by overseeing the implementation of new technology or a new approach contributing to support for stakeholders affected by new systems and processes.

People Management:

Able to build credible relationships both in immediate team and across multiple companies.
Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and cross-group collaboration skills.
Lead and mentor a team of IT professionals, providing guidance on project goals, best practices, and performance improvement.
Ensure the team is equipped with necessary resources and training to meet the business's IT needs.
Foster a collaborative environment that encourages innovation, continuous learning, and effective communication.

Functional/Technical Competencies:

Ability to understand current/changing business processes, participation in defining application and platform functionality.
Can identify business issues and develop risk mitigation strategies.
Strong leader who can focus on the vision and strategies of the group while managing the tactical components of running the daily business.
Balance daily support needs with long-term strategy and successfully combine vision and reality into effective plans.
Ability to deal with the ambiguity associated with working in a fast-paced and changing environment.
Demonstrated expertise using written & verbal communication skills to distill technology projects into understandable and compelling executive level presentations.
Excellent analysis and critical thinking skills.
Experience on MS D365 Store Commerce.
Working knowledge of SAP.
