Portfolio Manager Dubai Real Estate - We are seeking a highly motivated and professional Real Estate Agent to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for facilitating the buying and selling of residential properties, providing exceptional customer service, and demonstrating expert knowledge of the local real estate market. The Real Estate Agent will cultivate relationships with clients, negotiate contracts, and guide clients through the entire real estate transaction process.Responsibilities:Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties.Conduct market research to determine property value and competitive prices.Act as an intermediary between buyers and sellers, facilitating negotiations and ensuring smooth transactions.Create and present compelling property listings to potential buyers.Provide guidance and assistance to clients throughout the entire buying or selling process.Stay informed about local real estate market trends, regulations, and developments.Develop and maintain a network of contacts to generate leads and referrals.Utilize effective marketing strategies to promote properties and attract potential buyers.Coordinate property showings, open houses, and inspections.Prepare and review real estate documents, contracts, and agreements.Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of property listings, sales, and transactions.Continuously strive to exceed sales targets and achieve personal and team goals.Requirements:Proven experience as a Real Estate Agent or similar role.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.Exceptional customer service skills with a client-focused approach.Strong organizational and time management abilities.Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.Join our team and take your real estate career to the next level!
