Job Description:SEA is looking for a dynamic Infrastructure Design Manager to join our team in AlUla, Saudi Arabia!In this role, you will coordinate and support the Development of AlUla's County's District Infrastructure.Company:Alpin Limited is a leading multidisciplinary built-asset consultancy with offices across the region, in Riyadh, Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Dammam, Kuwait, and Qatar. Alpin is also proud to be part of the Setec Group of Companies, with its international headquarters in Paris and offices across 5 continents.The Alpin team is composed of a diverse range of experts who lead their respective fields, including Net Zero Experts, Sustainability professionals, LEED APs, PQPs, trainers, commissioning authorities (CxA), construction managers, MBAs, and building physics PhDs.Some of Alpin's milestone projects include the EXPO 2020 in Dubai, the New York University Campus in Abu Dhabi, the ICD Brookfield Headquarters, the Development of Mostadam, KSA's Green Building Rating System, and many other high-profile projects both regionally and internationally.Roles and Responsibilities: Manage the District Infrastructure Program made up of a number of work packages through the design, procurement, construction, and handover process. Manage Design and Project Management consultants in a Program Management capacity. Coordinate consultants across the entire program to ensure that the district infrastructure is delivered effectively. Support the Procurement process and onboarding of Design/Construction teams. Monitor and manage Risk to maintain the project schedule. Manage change and ensure that budgets are carefully managed. Produce progress reports and program/scope related presentations. Bring best in class Project Controls Management. HSE Roles, Responsibilities and Accountability:In addition to your responsibility towards following ALPIN's Integrated Management System, every employee at ALPIN is required to familiarize themselves with ALPIN's Environmental Impact Assessment and contribute towards minimizing their individual environmental impact in the course of their work.It is the duty of all employees to act within the legal responsibilities imposed upon them and the Company's Quality, Environment and Health & Safety policies. All employees must familiarize themselves with the Company's Integrated Management System's policies and procedures.Skills: Min 15 years' experience in Design and Managing Design Development of Infrastructure/Roads/Utilities Projects. 5 years' experience in PgMC/PMC managerial experience on similar infrastructure projects. Must hold a B.Sc. or equivalent from a recognized University or College (M.Sc. is preferred). 3 to 5 years' experience in the MEA/GCC Region Infrastructure Planning and Design experience / Pre and Post Contract. Expertise in preparing and delivering professional presentations, attention to detail. Expertise in writing professional reports, attention to detail. Taking Ownership, Proactive, Dynamic, Committed & Good listener. Excellent communication skills, emotionally intelligent, and eager to build good relationships with the wider team. Desirable Skills: Ability to communicate verbally in Arabic. Master's in engineering management or PMP. Knowledgeable of current technology and how it can be effectively utilized on the project.
